The SIT 440 D3 is a heavy-duty manual thermoelectric flame failure safety valve designed for commercial gas cooking equipment, industrial heaters, and high-output gas appliances. Operating as a critical safety mechanism, the valve keeps the main gas supply strictly closed until an attached thermocouple senses a stable pilot flame. If the pilot flame extinguishes, the valve automatically cuts off the gas supply instantly to prevent hazardous leaks.
