AUSTRALIA POST & DIRECT FREIGHT

We offer door-to-door delivery through Australia Post and Direct Freight, which can be made to any residential or business address within Australia.

Our service includes Authority to Leave as standard; otherwise, courier deliveries will require a signature. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier will either leave your parcel in a safe location or leave a calling card with details for collection from your local post office.

For deliveries handled by other freight companies, a redelivery fee may apply if the initial attempt is unsuccessful.

RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Our delivery charges are calculated based on the size and weight of all item(s) ordered and are only offered where delivery can reasonably be undertaken by our chosen delivery partners. Please call or email us if you have any questions regarding delivery costs.

Orders will typically be delivered within 5–10 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location, excluding very remote areas. Delivery is only available to Australian residential or business postal addresses.

Please note: All delivery costs are quoted for non-commercial quantities. We reserve the right to amend, cancel or adjust orders that fail to meet this criterion, and to charge additional shipping fees for remote areas or large/heavy orders. In particular, this applies to orders exceeding 22kg in weight or involving items subject to cubing. In these rare instances, customers will be contacted and provided with an additional delivery quote prior to shipping.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.

We will endeavour to ensure your goods are delivered within the timeframes outlined for standard delivery; however, we are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post or Direct Freight. A late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your purchase.

Opaque White Goods’ responsibility for delivery ends once goods have been collected by the courier for delivery to your nominated address.

Please note: While our freight partners generally deliver well within the stated timeframes, the provided delivery windows are based on the guidelines they supply us. During peak periods — such as public holidays, promotional sales, and seasonal events (including Christmas and New Year) — extended delivery times may apply. While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, factors beyond our control can impact transit times. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.
