This EGO 55.19059.812 dual capillary oven thermostat controls oven temperature up to 290 degrees using two 124mm probes on a shared 1120mm capillary. It has a 6mm D shaft for the control knob and two contacts with 6.3mm spade terminals.
This part is also a suitable replacement for Ilve part A/492/06 and Baumatic part 766562, and suits a range of Ilve, Baumatic, Delonghi and Lofra ovens and upright cookers that use the same, twin probe EGO thermostat.
