Our delivery fees vary dependant on the size and weight of the item purchased. Please call or email us for delivery costs.

Your order will be delivered in 5-10 working days from dispatch, depending on your location excluding outpost areas. 

Please note: We only ship orders to Australian residential or business postal addresses. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping fees for outpost areas and large or heavy orders. In particular, orders over 22kg and orders that are subject to cubing will be contacted for an extra postage quote.

Deliveries by Australia Post and Direct Freight can be sent to any residential or business address in Australia.
Our service offers Authority to Leave otherwise all courier deliveries ask for a signature on delivery. If no one is present when the courier attempts delivery, they will either leave your consignment in a safe place, or leave a calling card to collect at your local post office. In the case of other freight company’s there may be a redeliver charge.

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 2 business days of the order being placed. We will endeavour to ensure your goods are delivered to you within the timeframes outlined for Standard delivery, however we will not be liable for late delivery by Australia Post or Direct Freight. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel the purchase. Opaque White Goods obligations in relation to delivery end when goods are collected by the courier for delivery to your nominated delivery point.

Note in most cases our freight company’s deliver well before time but give us these guide lines to work with.
